Molly’s Minute: You Are Already Loved
Today, I want to remind you of this: you don’t have to be a certain way for God to love you.
If you’re feeling like God couldn’t possibly love you because of the way you are right now, or the mistakes you’ve made, or the problems you have, you’ve got to stop thinking that way.
Because that’s not the truth.
The truth is that God doesn’t love us because we’re good. He loves us because He’s good.
You don’t have to try and be any better than you are. You don’t need to have your act completely together. You don’t have to earn His love.
He just loves you, because He’s just that good to you.
So don’t be afraid to go to God just as you are, no matter how you are today.
He loves you already.
Romans 5:8 “God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.“
