Molly’s Minute: Let Go, Then Reach For God’s Hand

What have you had to let go of in the past few weeks?
Probably a lot.
Time with loved ones, your routine, control, your entire concept of normal—we’ve had to let go of all those things recently.
It’s a season of letting go. And that can make us feel incomplete, off-balance, and less secure.
But even though we’re letting go of so much, we can still feel whole, secure, and even joyful.
Because as we loosen our grip on the things we love and let them go, our hands are then free to take hold of something else.
To hold tightly to the One we never have to let go of.
So, if you’ve had to let go of a lot lately, I’d encourage you to reach out and grab His hand. Because once you’re holding onto Him, life won’t feel so empty anymore. It might even feel more full than it did before.
Isaiah 41:13 “For I am the Lord your God. Who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.”
