Molly’s Minute: He’s Been There, Too

Whenever I’ve gone through something tough, it’s always been such a comfort to hear someone say, they’ve been there, too.
To know that someone else had felt what I was feeling, that they’d been where I was, and made it to the other side—always made my burden just a little bit easier to bear.
Because I knew I wasn’t alone.
And—whatever you’re feeling—you’re not alone in it, either.
Hebrews 4:15 says that, “we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses…”
Jesus endured every kind of temptation and trial, but He never sinned. He’s been right where we are, He’s felt our pain, and He made it through.
So, whatever pain you’re going through today, I’d encourage you to draw near to Him. And let Him bring you comfort with the words, “I’ve been there, too.”
