Molly’s Minute: God Loves You Too Much To Let You Stay Down

When you’re at a low point in your life, sometimes you almost want to stay there.
It’s not that you want to keep feeling depressed and alone and weary—you just know how much work it’s going to be to crawl out of the hole that you’re in.
So, you just want to stay there. Miserable—but comfortable—in your dark place.
If you don’t want to crawl out of the hole you’re in today, I want to tell you this:
The enemy doesn’t want you to get up. But God loves you too much to let you stay down there.
Right now He is reaching down to you to help you rise up out of your sadness, out of your darkness, out of your loneliness.
So, will you take His hand and let Him help you climb out?
Psalm 145:14 “The LORD sustains all who fall and raises up all who are bowed down.”
If you’re in one of those dark places right now, I would love to be there for you, to pray for you. If you’d like me to do that, send me an email to mchambers@brightfm.com.
