Molly’s Minute: Don’t Forget Your Daily Dose of Prayer

How are you feeling right now?

Seriously, take a second and think about it, how do you feel?

Tired? Overwhelmed? Angry? Heartbroken?

Have you told anyone how you’re feeling today? More importantly, have you told your Heavenly Father how you’re feeling?

We all carry negative emotions with us. And a lot of us try to ignore those emotions—stuff them down, work around them—when what we really need is to be comforted, to be healed.

God is the only one who can fully heal us, and prayer is what He uses to do that.

God is your healer, and prayer is your medicine.

So whatever it is that’s wearing on you today, whatever negative emotion is eating at you, don’t forget to take your medicine!

Don’t forget to take it to God in prayer.
