Molly’s Minute: It’s OK To Have Questions

Are you doubting God or questioning Him today?
Maybe you’re walking through something really difficult right now, and you’re asking, “Why would God put me through this? Is He still good? Is He even still there?”
And you might not even want to admit that you’re asking those questions, because you think it’s wrong to doubt God or to have questions about Him.
If that’s where you are right now, I want to tell you that you can be honest with God about how you’re feeling. It’s ok to ask questions and have some doubts.
Because our doubts and questions open the door for God’s comfort and grace to come in.
You won’t lose points with God for having questions. He will always forgive you when you struggle to trust Him. So you don’t have to try and hide how you feel.
You can be honest with Him, so He can come comfort you in your doubt, extend His grace to you, and show you how faithful He truly is.
2 Timothy 2:13 “If we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot deny Himself.”
As always, if you ever need someone to pray for you, I’m here. You can send your prayer requests to me at mchambers@brightfm.com.
