4 Ways God Showed Up Last Week

Last week, we got a few different comments from listeners who shared their stories, and we want to pass the good news of how God is at work along to you too…

There’s a theme throughout these comments: Jesus is at work. No matter how long someone has been listening, or what they’re going through, He is speaking into their lives. How amazing is the God we serve? These comments are also reminders of how intentional our Lord is. It’s no coincidence that you listen to BRIGHT-FM. It’s not a mystery why you’re reading this right now. It’s not an accident when you stumble upon a song that encourages you in your walk with Christ. It’s not a happy mishap when you read or hear a story that inspires you…

None of these things happen by chance. They are works of God to meet you right where you are, whether that be in your car, streaming on your smart speaker, or scrolling online.

God specializes in details and small moments, and the Bible affirms this in James 1:17, “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.” This verse proves that our Savior is involved in every detail of our lives, and the precious gifts of encouragement we receive come directly from His hand. God was intricately involved in speaking life and hope over the airwaves to Stacie in her recovery journey, to Tynicha when she was walking through hard times, to Barbara when she was lost, and to Ashley when she lost a dear loved one. And maybe He’s done something similar for you, too.

Comments like the ones above remind us of what a blessing it is to have you partner with us, and we can’t help but rejoice at all God has done and continues to do.
