If you’ve been part of this community for a while, you’re probably familiar with the Pantry Project. Maybe you’ve heard about it on the radio or read about it on our blog, but have you had the chance to participate yet? If you’re not familiar with the event, Pantry Project is a series of collection days that we hold each month where you are invited to drop off food donations for local pantries.

Each Pantry Project has been such a success thanks to God and our generous community, and you are needed to keep it going.

Whether it’s gathering together some items to donate, or praying for God to provide through these events, your involvement with the Pantry Project is important.

If you’re able to donate, below are some ideas on what to buy and how to create a meal box out of the items pantries are in need of most, as well as details on where you can join the Project in September. Come on out and make an impact in someone’s life.

All of the items in these lists have been specifically requested by local pantry partners. It could be an entire box or just one item, either way, all donations are appreciated and prayed over before they head to the food pantries.

Once you’ve put a box together, you can drop it off at one of these upcoming events, sponsored by Advanced Allergy & Asthma Centers:
