The Perfect High Protein Fall Snack

This has become my new hyper-fixation. No exaggerations when I say I’ve been eating it every single day.
The dip is so simple, goes perfectly with apples–especially with some cinnamon for added fall flavor–and what’s more, it’s healthy. Total, it’s got about 15-20 grams of protein, if that’s something you’re trying to get more of in your life.
High-Protein Fall Yogurt Dip
Ingredients
- 1/2-3/4 Cup Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla Yogurt (or one individual pack)
- 1 TBSP peanut butter
- Dash of cinnamon (measure with your heart)
- 1 apple of your choice (I love Honeycrisp!)
Directions
- Mix yogurt, peanut butter, and cinnamon together in a bowl
- Slice up your apple. I love to do thin slices.
- Dip the apples in and enjoy. So easy, healthy, and delicious.
