Still Waiting Doesn’t Mean Nothing’s Happening
We’re all in the middle of a game right now. And not a fun one. It’s the waiting game. The kind where nothing seems to change, nothing feels different, and every day looks exactly like the one before it.
After a while, it’s easy to start thinking, “Okay… is God doing anything at all?”
It can feel like no progress means no movement. Like waiting means nothing’s happening behind the scenes.
But that’s not the truth!
Just because you can’t see it doesn’t mean God isn’t working. In fact, He’s often doing His best work in the waiting. Setting things in place. Shifting what we can’t see. Preparing what’s next. Even preparing us.
Nothing, absolutely nothing, can stop God’s will.
So if you’re in a season that feels stuck or slow, don’t let that convince you God has stopped moving. He hasn’t. He’s still working. Still moving. Still writing a story that isn’t finished yet.
In Lamentations 3:25–26, we’re reminded that the Lord is good to those who wait for Him. Not those who rush ahead, not those who have it all figured out, but those who wait and trust.
So today, even if it feels quiet, choose to believe He’s still at work.
