Molly’s Minute: Putting Good Gifts To Good Use

What’s one of the best gifts you’ve ever received? You ripped the wrapping paper off of it, saw what it was, and immediately, you were in love with it.

What’s the first thing you said about that gift?

Probably, “I can’t wait to use it!” Right?

Because, when we get a good gift, we don’t put it away in the back of our closet. We don’t let it gather dust.

We put that good gift to good use.

God’s given us one of the most amazing gifts ever. It’s the gift of His power.

And when we use it, it helps us do things we can’t do on our own. It helps us become more like Jesus, overcome obstacles, and say no to temptations.

God’s power is an incredible gift that we cannot forget to use.

So, when you encounter something that you can’t handle alone today, remember to take out the gift of God’s power and put that good gift to good use.
