Does God Accept the Worship of All Religions?

According to trends and survey results from the 2022 State of Theology research by Ligonier and Lifeway Ministries, there is an increasingly popular belief among evangelicals that God is pleased by worship that comes from those outside the Christian faith.

You may agree with this statement, or you may find fault with it. Personally, this belief doesn’t quite make sense for me since we as Christians believe that Jesus is the only source of salvation and the only pathway to reconciliation with God the Father. If we believe that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, doesn’t this mean that God is only pleased with worship that comes through Jesus?

It’s a deep question, and one that can only truly be answered by the Bible.

Let’s find out what God says about this…Listen below as we break down John 14:6 and discover what it means for our faith!

Jesus told him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.'” (John 14:6 NLT)
