If you have a ton on your plate, here’s some work/stress/life advice from me and Tracey Tiernan. This literally came out of a 30 second hallway conversation where we both admitted that we’re both super busy trying to keep a lot of plates spinning. Here’s what we both agreed help us, and we thought we’d pass it along in case it can help you.

Organize – write down everything that needs to be done. Everything. Big things, small things, all of it.

Prioritize – move the list around to determine the most important things. Ask yourself, “What’s honestly, truly the most important and what will happen if I don’t get this item done?”

Deputize – find people who can help you and ask them for their help. There may be someone more qualified or who is simply better at doing something than you are. There’s no shame in asking for help. There’s great blessing and fulfillment when someone gets to do something they are strongest at.

We hope this helps. Take a deep breath. Dig in and go for it!
