If You’re Struggling To Make A Decision, Read This First

Have you ever been caught in the middle of a tough decision, completely torn, and unsure which direction to go?

Sometimes we get so caught up and concerned about making the right decision that we fail to make any decision at all. Wouldn’t it be so much easier if God simply sent us a letter or a text telling us what to do? Well, unfortunately, God doesn’t usually work that way.

However, there is good news: as long as our hearts are seeking after God, we don’t have to fear that we will make a wrong decision because He promises to direct and give us a clear pathway (Proverbs 3:6). As author and speaker Lysa Terkeurst says, “If your heart and your mind are aligned in the direction of God, you don’t have to agonize to the point of paralysis over the decisions before you.”

This week, let’s rest in the truth that God is not only bigger than our decisions, but He is also in the middle of them – directing, guiding, and watching over us.
