How Steve Healy Is Finding Hope Through Grief
Nikki Healy died one year ago today, on June 14, 2022. In 2021, Nikki and I talked every month as she was undergoing treatment for cancer. Those conversations formed the foundation of Season Three for Long Story Short. The following season, Nikki’s husband, Steve, walked us through Nikki’s final days and the months following her death.
One week before this one-year anniversary, Steve provided Long Story Short an update on how he and his children are doing since Season Four ended in early December.
