Dip Day 2024

We came. We celebrated. We dipped.
Tracey, John, and I decided to create our very own holiday celebrating our favorite dips! Now, and forever more, the first Thursday of November will be known as Dip Day. Here are the recipes for the dips that we made to celebrate the very first annual dip day!

Corn Salsa with Feta
Drain the liquid from canned goods and mix together 2 Cans of corn, 1 can of black beans, 1 chopped red bell pepper, one bunch of green onions, 1 cup of feta.
Make a vinaigrette by mixing together 1/2 cup of each Red Wine Vinegar, Sugar, and Olive Oil.
Mix all together and serve with chips.
