Got Stress? Struggling with a current or past experience(s)? Want to build resilience to the hard knocks of life?  If so, Trauma REBOOT is the place for you. Trauma REBOOT is a 12-week, non-denominational, faith-based trauma healing course. It is a safe place to get the tools to learn to deal with the hard knocks of life. There is no cost for this class. Dinner and all study materials are provided free of charge. Childcare is available.
