BEST Kids Superhero 5K & Fun Run

Join BEST Kids for its 11^th Annual Superhero 5K & Fun Run on Saturday, May 6^th.  BEST Kids is a non-profit mentoring organization serving foster and at-risk youth in the Washington, DC area. This year’s family-friendly fundraising event is dedicated to supporting National Foster Care Month and bringing awareness to and support of DC area youth in foster care and youth who are at-risk and providing the community with resources and concrete ways to support these youth and their families.

This year’s event will be held on Saturday, May 6^th from 7:30 am – 9:30 am at Bluemont Park in Arlington, VA to show your support and learn firsthand from our mentees and mentors about the impact that mentoring has had in their lives.

Many runners will be dressed in costume in a show of solidarity with the staff, mentors, donors, and supporters of BEST Kids’ work and their mission. Event activities also include a dance party, fitness exercises, arts and crafts, and much more!

Early Bird Registration for 5K Run/Walk: $30 through 3/31/23; Regular Registration for 5K: $40 starting 4/1/23

Early Bird Registration for Youth 5K (ages 10- 12): $15 through 3/31/23; Regular Registration for Youth 5K: $20 starting 4/1/23

Fun Run (ages 3-9): Free
