25 Years Later, We Remember

September 9, 2026
BRIGHT-FM

Today, we remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost, the families whose lives were forever changed, and the first responders and everyday heroes who ran toward danger to help others.

We remember a nation brought to its knees, but also brought together.

In the days that followed, differences seemed smaller. Neighbors cared for neighbors. Strangers prayed together. We were reminded just how precious life is and how deeply we need one another.

Twenty-five years later, that reminder still matters.

May we honor those we lost not only by remembering their names, but by choosing compassion over division, kindness over anger, and hope over fear.

May we hold our loved ones a little closer, extend grace a little more freely, and never take for granted the moments we have been given.

We remember. We pray. And we will never forget.
