Thanks to quarantine, sometimes I find myself just sitting and doing absolutely nothing out of pure boredom. I’m not on my phone, I’m not chatting with someone, I’m just kind of… existing. It’s in those moments of silence when my mind begins to wander.

So often, I land on the question of “what is God doing?” or “why is He letting this pandemic continue if He could so easily stop it?”

These are tough questions, but God has answers and we just have to reach out to find them. This helped give me some much-needed peace and solid Biblical truths to stand on when the chaos of this virus comes knocking. We can take heart that God does not cause bad things to happen, but He does use them. He is using this time to call us to Himself and to bring His hope to a desperate world in need.
