What Did I Just Read? (Gog & Magog)

Alright, I’m going to tell you out of the gate that this is a different kind of verse than you are used to hearing on this podcast.

I’ve typically gravitated towards verses that have been blatantly encouraging and reveal something about the nature of God or Jesus. That hasn’t always been necessarily intentional, but nonetheless, today, we are diving into a verse my friend texted me and then wrote, “what am I even reading? I think that’s enough Ezekiel for today.”

Embracing this challenge, let’s dive into Ezekiel 39:18-19

18 You shall eat the flesh of the mighty, and drink the blood of the princes of the earth—of rams, of lambs, and of he-goats, of bulls, all of them fat beasts of Bashan. 19 And you shall eat fat till you are filled, and drink blood till you are drunk, at the sacrificial feast that I am preparing for you.”

If you would like to dive deeper into this, or other verses in the Bible, if you have a verse you would like to submit to have included in a future episode if have questions about the Bible that you would like answered in a bonus episode, or simply want to connect with me… text VERSED to 88474 or go here.

Also included in that link is a list of resources and references I use in this podcast and can help you grow deeper in your faith as well.

As always – ratings and reviews are massive! They really help others discover the podcast and ultimately help us improve VERSED. Thanks in advance for that!

Love you all – keep making hope louder!

John
