Pray With Us: Jack & Molly’s Prayer For Our Nation

Heavenly Father,
We pray for peace.
We don’t understand what’s going on; we see what’s happening through pictures on tv and the internet, but we pray for peace in our nation, not just in Washington, DC, but we see similar events happening in other cities in our country.
We pray for our leaders and everyone that was/is there. We pray for our law enforcement. We pray that you would soften our hearts, that we could love each other and understand one another.
God, we pray for honest, truthful, peaceful discourse. Lord, we’re all different, You created us differently; we have different opinions, Lord, but let us express these peacefully.
God, we pray for Your guidance through this situation. We ask it today in the holy name of Jesus.
