One Step At A Time

Every week, most of us will use Maps, Waze, or a GPS to get us to where we need to go. These handy little apps get us to our destinations one step at a time.

Did you catch that? One step at a time. When following driving directions, we don’t receive all the instructions at once – how overwhelming would that be?

Instead, we get each step when the device knows we are ready. This is surprisingly similar to how God works too…

So often, we can become anxious and impatient just wishing we could know what our story holds. However, just like apps that give directions, God knows the value of only giving us what He knows we can handle.

Answers will come, doors will open, but we must trust God’s timing and not our own. When He’s ready, He will fill us in on His plans and we can have peace knowing that we are walking in His perfect timing.
