Molly’s Minute: Your Burden Is Not A Burden To God

One of my least favorite parts of traveling is letting other people take my bags.
I never want my stuff to be a burden on anyone else. So, when someone offers to take my luggage, I just wave them off, tell them I can handle it, and carry it on my own.
It’s hard to share our burdens with other people, isn’t it? We never want to weigh anyone else down.
But we don’t have to carry our burdens alone, either.
1 Peter 5:7, “Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.”
Your burdens are not a burden to God.
God loves you and wants you to bring Him everything that’s weighing you down.
So whatever you’ve been carrying alone today, would you share that burden with Him? He is ready and waiting to take it off your shoulders.
