Molly’s Minute: Weakness? Or God-Given Strength?
What would you say is a weakness of yours?
I’ll tell you one of mine.
I’m shy. I don’t like to do a lot of talking.
And the world has told me over and over again that that’s a weakness, that it’s something I need to work on. And I’ve got the bad participation grades in school to prove it!
But what if those things that the world says are weaknesses are actually God-given strengths?
Take my shyness, for example. What if I’m not shy, but a person that others can talk to and confide in because I can listen to them well?
I wouldn’t call that a weakness.
See, sometimes the flaws we see in ourselves aren’t truly flaws.
So, which weakness of yours can you start to see as a God-given strength today?
Matthew 19:30 “But many who are first will be last, and many who are last will be first.”
