Molly’s Minute: He Knows The Details

A couple months ago, my husband, Vaughn, and I went on a trip to Florida. It was the day before our flight, and we were packing up our suitcases—when I realized something:

I knew absolutely nothing about our trip.

I didn’t know what time our flight was, what airline we were flying, where we were staying—nothing. Somehow, I was completely in the dark.

But I knew Vaughn wasn’t.

I knew he’d planned the trip and had all the details that I didn’t. So, I didn’t have to worry.

And neither do you.

Proverbs 16:3-4, “Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and he will establish your plans. The LORD works out everything to its proper end…”

You may not know where you’re going or how you’re going to get there, but you don’t have to know.

Because your Father does.

So, if you start to worry about the things you don’t know today, remember:

He knows every detail of His plan for you, and He’s working it out—exactly the way it’s supposed to go.
