Molly’s Minute: Fight Anxiety With Trust

What’s worrying you today? Which thought keeps creeping back in, disrupting your day, and making you anxious?

Whatever it is, I want to give you a way to fight that anxiety today. And it’s the best way I know how.

It’s taking that worry, that anxious thought, and handing it over to God.

It’s saying, “God, I might not know how this is gonna go, and that’s making me anxious. But I know you have a plan, and I know you’re good, so I’m going to trust you with it.”

The best way to push back against fear and anxiety is by putting your trust in God.

You can’t be worried about anything when you’re trusting God with everything.

Psalm 56:3 “When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.”
