Molly’s Minute: Faith Or Control?

Fun fact about me: I have a hard time giving up control.

When my husband, Vaughn, makes dinner, I have to go into another room, so I won’t give him directions.

I like to be in the driver’s seat. And maybe you do, too.

If you like to be the driver as much as I do, I saw a quote the other day that we both need to hear.

It’s from Craig Groeschel, he says “You can have faith, or you can have control. But you can’t have both.”

The truth is, God is the one in control. He has a plan for us, for me, and for you. 

And we have to have faith that that plan is good, that He’s steering us in a good direction.

We can have faith or we can have control. Let’s have faith.
