How To Make Time For God Even When You’re Busy

Psalm 84:10 speaks a beautiful truth about spending time with God, “Better is one day in Your courts than a thousand elsewhere.”
Looking at this verse, we can also apply it to our lives on a smaller scale: a moment with God is always better than a moment without Him.
When we face busy days and demanding schedules, it can feel like we don’t have any time for God. It might be true that we don’t have time to watch a sermon or do an hour-long Bible study, but there are always tiny moments in each day that we can easily dedicate to God.
We can…
- pray to Him on our daily commute
- listen to music that speaks His truth into our lives
- start each morning with a Bible verse and repeat it to ourselves throughout the day
There are little moments that we can give to God even on our busiest days, and it’s always worth it to offer those moments to Him. Why? Because “better is one day in His courts than a thousand elsewhere.”
