God Meets Debbie In Her Car Every Morning. Where Does He Meet You?

During Fundraiser, when people would call in to make a donation, many of them would leave kind comments along with their gifts. Every single comment means so much to us; getting to hear stories of how God is working in your life leaves us in awe. Debbie’s comment was a special one. She shared:

“I have the stressful job of being a teacher. I listen to BRIGHT-FM everyday as I drive to school, and I can’t tell you how much it means to me to have that 30 minutes of God-time to pump me up and put me in a good mindset to take on the challenges of the day.” – Debbie (Perry Hall, MD)

Teachers don’t have it easy, and as Debbie’s comment shows, it can be an incredibly stressful job. Fortunately, we serve a God who meets us right where we are, no matter where we find ourselves.

God joins Debbie in her car every single day on the way to work in order to provide her with an extra dose of strength to face the day, and she’s not alone. Other teachers left similar comments:

• “Thank you for being there during the pandemic! I’m a teacher and it’s helped so much to encourage me each morning.” – Ruth (Arlington, VA)

God is so intentional in the ways He cares for us. He knows that each of these teachers need a bit of strength and encouragement before they start their day, so He meets them in their cars with hope-filled music as they go to work.

It’s incredible to see what avenues God uses to speak to people, and we are so grateful that BRIGHT-FM is one of them. However, none of this would be possible without people like you.
