– Psalm 46:10

Hey friends…

Due to my routine of waking up super early and prepping for a day of ministry on the air, I’ve grown to realize just how much this time first thing in the morning is so precious to me.

I need the quiet and the space to sit with my Lord and let Him settle my racing thoughts.

Sometimes we talk… I pace around my little prayer space and talk to Him out loud or I read the word and journal my prayers, but my most sacred time is when I’m quiet and I just listen.

Just to be still in His presence and know… He is God. In that stillness, I’m comforted because I need a bigger Voice to speak to me, a Greater understanding, a Perfect Guide and a Constant Companion. He is all of that and more.

Be still…
