Dunkin’ Unveils Restaurant of the Future in Belvedere Square with Weeklong 99¢ Coffee Offer

Dunkin’ today announced it is celebrating the official opening of its newest Baltimore next-generation restaurant in Belvedere Square located at 544 E Belvedere Avenue. With the brand’s next-generation restaurant design, people who live and work in Baltimore can run on Dunkin’ faster and more conveniently than ever before.

In celebration of the opening, the new Dunkin’ restaurant, which officially opened on November 4, will welcome guests with a weeklong 99¢ Medium Hot or Iced Coffee* offer starting this Saturday, November 7, through Sunday, November 15. Guests can visit the restaurant and redeem the offer through Carryout, Curbside Pickup, and On-The-Go Mobile Ordering via the Dunkin’ Mobile App.

The new next-generation restaurant offers Belvedere Square a first-hand look at Dunkin’s store of the future experience, with a modern look that provides a fresh, friendly, vibrant, and engaging environment for guests. Complete with a new, warm interior color palette, the restaurant also offers atmospheric lighting and an innovative tap system.

Exciting elements of the new restaurant experience at the Belvedere Avenue location include:

• Modern Design: The openness, colors and materials used in the design help to create an approachable, positive and energetic environment.
• Premium Pours: Dunkin’s signature cold beverages are now served through an innovative tap system serving eight consistently cold beverages such as coffees, iced teas, cold brew coffee and nitro infused cold brew coffee. Crew members will also use top-quality flavor-maximizing espresso machines to make hand-crafted drinks to order.
• Dunkin’ on Demand: With fully-integrated digital kiosks coming in the near future, guests will completely control how they order by choosing to order with or without the help of a crew member. Dunkin’ has also introduced an area dedicated to mobile pickups, so that members of the DD Perks® Rewards program who order ahead via Dunkin’s Mobile App can get in and out of the restaurant faster than ever before. For all orders placed for pick up inside the restaurant guests will be able to track the status of their order via a new digital order status board.
• Increased Energy Efficiency: The new Dunkin’ is a DD Green Achievement™ restaurant, which is designed to save 25% more energy compared to a standard Dunkin’ restaurant.

The 1,400 square-foot restaurant employs approximately 12 crew members and is open daily from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The new restaurant also offers complimentary Wi-Fi for guests.

Including the new Belvedere Avenue restaurant, Dunkin’ franchisee network GN Southern, LLC currently owns and operates 47 Dunkin’ locations throughout Maryland.
