Dunkin’ Unveils Elkridge’s First Next-Generation Restaurant With FREE Medium Coffee Offer For Guests Who Order Ahead

Dunkin’ today announced it is celebrating the official opening of its first next-generation restaurant in Elkridge located at 7190 Troy Hill Drive, Suite D on Monday, December 7. With the brand’s next-generation restaurant design, people who live and work in Elkridge can run on Dunkin’ faster and more conveniently than ever before.

In celebration of the opening, the new Dunkin’ will offer guests a FREE Medium Hot or Iced Coffee when they order ahead using On-The-Go Ordering for Carryout or Curbside Delivery via the Dunkin’ App.* Dunkin’ mascot Cuppy will also be onsite to make special car-side deliveries to guests who select Curbside Delivery on the Dunkin’ app.

Ordering ahead on the Dunkin’ App is a contactless way for DD Perks members to order and pay. Guests can become a DD Perks member and make Dunkin’ part of daily routine on  the Dunkin’ App or DDPerks.com. DD Perks members earn five points for every dollar they spend on qualifying purchases at Dunkin’. Once a member accrues 200 points, they receive a free beverage reward for any size, redeemable at participating Dunkin’ restaurants.

Starting on Tuesday, December 8, the restaurant will also offer a promotional $3 Dunkin’ gift card to the first 750 guests who order ahead via the Dunkin’ app, while supplies last. The promotional $3 Dunkin’ gift card will only be valid to guests who use On-The-Go Ordering for in-store Carryout or Curbside Delivery.**

In efforts to give back to the community it serves, local Maryland-based Dunkin’ franchisee network Shriji Corporation, in partnership with the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation, will donate $1,000 to the Maryland Food Bank to further efforts around providing holiday meals for those in need amidst the COVID-19 health crisis.

The new next-generation restaurant offers Elkridge a first-hand look at Dunkin’s store of the future experience, with a modern look that provides a fresh, friendly, vibrant, and engaging environment for guests. Complete with a new, warm interior color palette, the restaurant also offers atmospheric lighting and an innovative tap system.

Exciting elements of the new restaurant experience at 7190 Troy Hill Drive include:

• Modern Design: The openness, colors and materials used in the design help to create an approachable, positive and energetic environment.
• Premium Pours: Dunkin’s signature cold beverages are now served through an innovative tap system serving eight consistently cold beverages such as coffees, iced teas, cold brew coffee and nitro infused cold brew coffee. Crew members will also use top-quality flavor-maximizing espresso machines to make hand-crafted drinks to order.
• Dunkin’ on Demand: With fully-integrated digital kiosks, guests can completely control how they order by choosing to order with or without the help of a crew member. Dunkin’ has also introduced an area dedicated to mobile pickups, so that members of the DD Perks® Rewards program who order ahead via Dunkin’s Mobile App can get in and out of the restaurant faster than ever before. For all orders placed for pick up inside the restaurant guests will be able to track the status of their order via a new digital order status board.
• Increased Energy Efficiency: The new Dunkin’ is a DD Green Achievement™ restaurant, which is designed to save 25% more energy compared to a standard Dunkin’ restaurant.

The 1,300 square-foot restaurant employs 10 crew members and is open daily from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The new restaurant also offers complimentary Wi-Fi for guests. Including the new Elkridge restaurant, Dunkin’ franchisee network Shriji Corporation currently owns and operates 16 Dunkin’ locations throughout Maryland.
